The locals say of Ashcroft’s rich soil, “Just add water and it will grow.” Nashcroft Manor is living proof - our terraced garden is bursting with vegetables, raspberries, strawberries, cherries, currants, apricots, peaches, plums, apples and grapes . . . in season, of course. All year round we enjoy home canning, freezing, and dehydrated organic foods. Visitors are encouraged to help themselves!
